What are the booking policies?

For all appointments, a $40 deposit is required. This deposit goes toward your total, and will be taken off at checkout.

Effective September 1, 2026, all appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours before the appointment time. If not followed, this results in a $50 late cancellation/ rescheduling fee. Additionally, there will be $100 no-show fee.

There is a 3% surcharge on all credit and debit card transactions. To avoid this fee, you may pay with cash, venmo, zelle, or apple pay.

How do I book an appointment?

Online booking is available through the "book appointment" button at the top our website. If you do not see a time or/ date that works for you, feel free to contact our office at 734-530-1561.

What is the difference between Neurotoxin and Filler?

Neurotoxins, aka "botox" are designed to "freeze" or decrease movement of facial muscles. It relaxes the muscle and essentially "smooths" out wrinkles that are caused by muscle movement. Neurotoxins are used for between the eyebrows, or angry 11's, crows feet and forehead lines.
Dermal fillers are designed to be injected beneath the skin to add volume or fullness to the volume loss in the face. Dermal fillers are used to plump up cheeks and lips, decrease shadow or wrinkles under the eyes, treat frown lines, balance your profile by filling your chin, and also soften scars.

How long until you see results?

Neurotoxin take anywhere from 2-10 days to see results.
Dermal filler results you can see immediately, but remember there is swelling involved with the healing process. True results will be visible after 2 weeks when the filler has had time to "settle".

How long do Neurotoxins and Fillers last?

Neurotoxin results can last anywhere from 3-4 months.
Dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6-12 months to 18-24 months depending on which filler is used and the area the filler is being placed in.

How do I best prepare for my appointment?

It is recommend not to consume large amounts of caffeine or alcohol prior to your treatment to help minimize bruising/bleeding. Taking over the counter arnica tablets a few days before may help decrease your risk of bruising. There is a higher chance of bruising with dermal fillers than neurotoxins but every client is different.

What happens after my appointment?

We'll give you exact post-care instructions at your appointment, since every patient and treatment is different. Generally, after your Neurotoxin treatment, don't lay flat for 4 hours, and don't massage the treated area. Also, avoid any activity or exercise that might make you sweat on the day of treatment. After your Dermal Filler treatment, make sure to drink plenty of water. Don't massage or touch the treated area, and don't exercise for at least 24 hours. You can ice the area for 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off to help with any swelling or discomfort.

How many sessions will I need to remove my tattoo?

This can be a difficult question to answer, as every skin type is different and not all inks are made of the same properties. In order to remove your tattoo with minimal to know scarring or white spots it may require a few more treatments. We generally say 6-8 treatments on average to completely remove the tattoo. We will be able to give you a more accurate timeline during your consultation or first appointment.

Semaglutide Frequently Asked Questions

What are common Side effects of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and stomach pain. Some patients may also experience headaches or fatigue. More severe side effects can include pancreatitis or gallbladder issues.

What can I do if I experience side effects of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?

a.) Nausea/Vomiting: Eat smaller meals, avoid fatty food, drink ginger ale, drink peppermint tea or have peppermint candy, talk to your wellness provider about a Zofran prescription.
b.) Diarrhea/Constipation: Stay hydrated, increase fiber intake.
c.) Stomach Pain: Eat slowly, avoid overeating.
d.) Headaches: Stay hydrated, rest, Tylenol.
e.) Fatigue: Ensure proper nutrition, adjust activity level.
f.) Pancreatitis/Gallbladder Issues: Contact your provider immediately if you experience severe stomach pain or persistent nausea.

How much weight will I be abe to lose?

Each person's body reacts differently to the medication, and the amount of weight they need to lose varies. On average, clients can anticipate losing about 1 pound per week.

Do I need to change my diet while taking Semaglutide/Tirzepatide?

A healthy diet and regular exercise are encouraged to maximize the benefits of Semaglutide.

What happens if I miss a does?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue as scheduled.

Will I regain weight after stopping Semaglutide/Tirzepatide?

Weight regain is possible; maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial after discontinuation.

How often do I need to take Semaglutide/Tirzepatide?

You administer the injection once a week on the same day and at the same time. For instance, if you take your first injection on a Monday at 9am, continue giving yourself an injection every Monday around 9am.

How do I administer a weekly injection to myself?

To administer Semaglutide / Mounjaro to yourself, first cleanse the injection site—either a fatty area of the stomach, the side of your thigh, or the back of your arm—with an alcohol pad. Then, hold the injection pen at a 90-degree angle and insert the needle into the skin before pushing the button to deliver the dose. Don’t worry—your nurse injector will demonstrate the proper injection technique and ensure you know how to administer it during your initial appointment.

Once I hit my goal weight, can I just stop Seamglutide/Tirzepatide?

Once you reach your goal weight, it's important to consult with your wellness provider about gradually tapering off Semaglutide / Tirzepatide rather than stopping abruptly. They will guide you through a weaning process, which typically involves reducing the dosage over time to help your body adjust and maintain your weight loss effectively.

Is it normal to feel tired on Semaglutide/Tirzepatide?

Yes, it can cause fatigue. It lowers blood sugar, suppresses appetite, and requires your body to adjust to the medication, all of which can lead to tiredness. If this is affecting your daily routine, consult your healthcare provider to adjust your dose or explore lifestyle modifications.
